Privacy Policy

Effective September 17, 2026

Notice does not require an account and does not collect, sell, track, or send personal data to the developer. Reminder titles, notes, completion state, and preferences are stored locally on your device.

The app uses Apple system services to deliver notifications, schedule supported alarms, and respond to Siri and Shortcuts requests. Those services are controlled by your device settings and Apple’s applicable privacy terms.

Notice does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs.

Deleting your data

Deleting a reminder removes it from the app’s local store. Delete All Reminders in Settings removes all locally stored reminder content. Removing the app also removes its locally stored data, subject to backup and restore behavior controlled by Apple.

Because Notice has no developer-operated account or server, the developer cannot view, retrieve, restore, or remotely delete reminder data.

Your controls

Notification, alarm, and Siri access can be changed at any time in iPhone Settings. Notice remains usable when notifications are disabled.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated if the app’s data practices or legal requirements change. Questions can be sent to hello@thaliasoftware.com.
